1.A law should be amended or repealed only by the same procedures that were used to enact it. 法律只有經(jīng)與其頒布程序同樣的程序，方能被修改或廢除。

2.A legislature has many of the same powers as a court to support a legislative inquiry. 立法機關具有許多與法院相同的權利以進行立法調(diào)查。

3.Courts often look to legislative intent for guidance in interpreting and applying a law. 法院經(jīng)常注意到立法意圖，以此作為解釋或適用法律之指南。
